The insurance from our Essential Services Package does not include coverage for your own personal belongings. Insurance for your personal property, like furniture or electronics, is a separate, optional policy, but many residents choose to add it for extra peace of mind.
Your Essential Services Package bundles several everyday conveniences into one monthly fee, so you don’t have to set them up yourself. It includes high-speed fiber internet, pest control, trash removal, valet doorstep recycling and trash pickup, and building liability insurance.
