Pointe Grand communities are developed by Hillpointe, a multifamily developer focused on new, attainable rental housing in growing Southeast markets and expanding to Mountain West states. For questions about a specific community, contact that community's leasing team.

What is attainable housing?

Attainable housing is market-rate housing for households that earn too much to qualify for income-restricted housing but are priced out of most new construction. Pointe Grand builds new apartments for that renter, with modern finishes and everyday services bundled into one monthly package.

Are Pointe Grand apartments income-restricted?

No. Pointe Grand communities are market-rate apartments, not income-restricted housing. To qualify, combined household income should be at least three times the monthly rent. Review our Rental Criteria for full details. View the Rental Criteria
