The Asset Manager, under the direction of the CFO, will work to provide professional, systems, and budgetary accountability throughout Hillpointe communities. The Asset Manager will be responsible for the review, preparation, and administration of community budgets and compliance. They will be responsible for developing and overseeing all RealPage/OneSite property implementations and training. They will work closely with the property staff in the monitoring of budgets from the start of the operational phase, ensuring the communities are functioning appropriately and at a high level of resident/customer satisfaction.

This position will also assist with the management and development of other team members for personal and professional growth to ensure high employee job satisfaction. In the absence of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager must perform the duties associated with that position.
