LEASING AND MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description

The Leasing and Marketing Specialist will support and collaborate with the Community Manager and Regional Leasing Manager to ensure the residential property’s overall success, striving to exceed Hillpointe’s Standard of Service related to resident and customer satisfaction. The Marketing/Lease-Up Specialist will focus on the leasing and marketing program for each new and existing property. This position will be integral during the lease-up period at all new properties and will work directly with the Community Manager and Regional Leasing Manager to obtain all leasing targets.

The Leasing and Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing all property-level marketing and community relations for all communities within their specified division or region. They will work directly with the Regional Manager to set goals and expectations for each property and will implement new marketing strategies and outreach programs for each of the apartment communities. The Marketing/Lease-Up Specialist will be the touchpoint for all the property’s marketing and social media initiatives and will use these initiatives to increase interest and leasing at the communities.
